What do they mean by "Cooked Rice"? Do you have to actually cook it (boiling until soft) or can you use the rice out of the bag?

    ok, its 2 cups, sorry…

what does "soaked in 2 C hot water"
    mean?

Yes, the water from the almonds should not be used. You will need one cup of fresh water.

Question: recipe instructions say to add almonds, rice and WATER. Ingredients say to drain water from almonds. So I’d assume I should add fresh water…? How much?
