Dijon-Maple Vinaigrette Recipe
Posted on
This sweet and tangy vinaigrette is a flavorful accent to any bed of greens topped with crisp apples, mandarin oranges, and sliced almonds. Or, use it as a marinade for chicken or pork; the vinegar will tenderize the meat, while the Dijon mustard and maple syrup will delicately tingle the taste buds.

This was too sweet for my taste. I cut the syrup down to 1/4c and substituted more balsamic, and it was still too sweet. I might go down to just a couple Tbsp syrup next time. This may be because vanilla yogurt is sweetened. Otherwise great recipe!
