  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 0.66 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla

  • This was too sweet for my taste. I cut the syrup down to 1/4c and substituted more balsamic, and it was still too sweet. I might go down to just a couple Tbsp syrup next time. This may be because vanilla yogurt is sweetened. Otherwise great recipe!
