Filled with winter fruits, this sweet and tangy dressing is delicious served over fresh greens sprinkled with nuts, seeds, orange segments, red onion slivers, and caramelized pecans. This recipe is great to serve for any kind of gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup canola oil
  • 3/4 cup champagne vinegar
  • 1/2 cup cranberries fresh or frozen
  • 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. ground mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
  • 1 tsp. kosher or sea salt
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 shallot

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except oil to FourSide or WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid. Run on a Low speed for 15 seconds.
  2. Remove plastic vent part of lid, and slowly add oil until cycle is finished.
