Hi Bethellen. Adding a little melted butter will definitely help the powder to stick. Also, using a lightly buttered popcorn should do the trick as well. Enjoy!

I made this today as a treat for me and my husband. Although I loved the flavors, the seasoning didn’t stick well to our air popped popcorn and left a fine layer of dust everywhere. I think I’ll try it again, but add a little melted butter to the popcorn first to give the cocoa/cinnamon seasoning something to stick to.

This popcorn looks amazing! My wife is diabetic so I would have to substitute some things, but this is definitely worth trying! There are so many unique flavors of popcorn that I’m dying to try! It would be impossible to make all of them on my own. http://www.concessionssupply.com/Popcorn/

I just made this substituting xylitol instead of the sugar. I used organic popcorn that I popped in an air popper and also used 2 Tbls of melted organic butter. The powder stuck really well and it was not only yummy but healthy!
