Ingredients
- 6 cups watermelon chunks seedless
- 1/4 cup sparkling water
- 1 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tbsp. agave nectar
- A pinch of ginger
- A pinch of nutmeg

Instructions
- Add ingredients to WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid. Select "Soups" cycle or blend on high for 90 seconds.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Omit ginger and nutmeg, and replace with 2-4 fresh mint leaves.

where can I find Agave nectar? Or what can I substitute instead? thanks
There is a soy yogurt and a coconut milk yogurt. I made some at home using almond milk and I think I like that one best. I haven’t tried with rice milk yet tho. That may be another good substitute.
This is very tasty.
I used lowfat yogurt and 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract instead of vanilla yogurt.
I also used fresh ginger, ~1/2 inch piece.
You should be able to find Agave nectar at any grocery store (for sure health food stores). You can also substitute it with honey.
I just received my Blendtec blender and my blender does not have a "Soup" setting. What do you recommend that I use?
