Ingredients

  • 6 cups watermelon chunks seedless
  • 1/4 cup sparkling water
  • 1 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tbsp. agave nectar
  • A pinch of ginger
  • A pinch of nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid. Select "Soups" cycle or blend on high for 90 seconds.
  2. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving. 

Notes

Omit ginger and nutmeg, and replace with 2-4 fresh mint leaves.

  • There is a soy yogurt and a coconut milk yogurt. I made some at home using almond milk and I think I like that one best. I haven’t tried with rice milk yet tho. That may be another good substitute.

  • This is very tasty.
    I used lowfat yogurt and 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract instead of vanilla yogurt.
    I also used fresh ginger, ~1/2 inch piece.

  • You should be able to find Agave nectar at any grocery store (for sure health food stores). You can also substitute it with honey.
