Prep the Wings
Whole chicken wings have three components: the drumette, the flat, and the wing tip. Before you begin cooking your wings, you’ll need to separate them. Start by removing the wing tip from the flat with a sharp knife or kitchen shears. The wing tip has very little meat so it can be thrown away or saved in a bag in the freezer to make chicken broth later. After removing the wing tip, find the joint between the drumette and the flat and slice between them with a sharp knife, creating two pieces. I tried the Parmesan garlic and the blazin. Both were horrible. I followed the recipes exactly and neither were anything like BWW. Would not recommend
I made the Asian zing sauce and put it in a mason jar in the fridge for later use. However, later when I took it out it was very gooey with the same consistency as caramel. When warmed up, it was even harder and sticky. Anyone know why this happened?

No…you do not put any flour, or batter or anything on the chicken. Fry it and toss it in the sauce
