- 1 1/4 cups fresh apricots halved, pitted, and peeled

- 3 tbsp. granulated sugar

Instructions
- Add ingredients in order listed to FourSide or WildSide+ jar and secure lid.
- Select "Dressings" or blend on a Medium Low speed for 30 seconds.

Janette, I like your recipe better. Salad dressings these days are waaayyy too sweet.
This sounds amazing as well. I will use fresh squeezed oj, grapeseed oil and coconut sugar.
Why would you add sugar to a dressing which is already sweet from orange juice and apricots? Salad dressings nowadays are way too sweet. It destroys the salads!
The world is addicted to sugar!
