3 High Protein Shakes

3 high protein shakes

It's pretty well-known that a good diet should be high in protein and this can be difficult for some to do. Your Blendtec makes this easier by creating smooth shakes no matter what you throw in them!

We've created 3 new high protein shakes and you're bound to like at least one of them! We've got something for both chocolate and vanilla lovers and even have a green one for you Popeyes out there.

You can use PB2 instead of regular peanut butter and save on fat. PB2 is peanut butter powder with the fat removed. It’s very good.

    Hi Brenda,
We have several ice cream recipes that call for spinach:
Popeye’s Ice Cream, demoed in Costco
    Spinach Ice Cream
    Pistachio Ice Cream
    Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

We can’t speak to the functions of that blender, but blending for about 50-60 seconds should work.

    Hi Stella,
In place of the 1/2 frozen banana that two of the recipes call for, you can use 1/2 cup of plain yogurt and you’ll want to add another 1/4-1/2 cup of ice.
