Will these smoothies work better if they are replaced with dinner rather than the breakfast or lunch. I do not like to eat much for dinner I like the feeling of being light in the mornings when I wake up. Please advise

You can replace the banana with yogurt, avocado, or even tofu. 1/2 banana equals 1/2 cup of any of these previous listed substitutions.
Thanks so much for these I would like to try all, but unfortunately I am allergic to bananas and that seems to be in all of them. Is there anything else you suggest I could substitute this with? Thank you!!
