Harvest Apple Pie Pockets
Coming in at only 135 calories each, these individual pie pockets are the perfect treat for a fall party! The flaky crust and apple cinnamon filling will have everyone raving (and coming back for seconds!). You can even try adding some butter with cinnamon and sugar or a glaze on top of the pockets after they come out of the oven. This is also a fun dessert to make with kids. T
hough the recipe suggests cutting the dough into triangles, you can cut them into any shape you'd like. Try circles, squares or find a fun cookie cutter shape! You can use a fork to finish the edges by pressing the top crust down into the bottom crust or you can crimp them by pinching the top and bottom crusts around the edges with your fingers. Make them your own and let us know how they turned out either in the comments below or on Facebook.
