Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In small bowl, beat egg white to stiff froth.
  3. Add egg yolk, milk, and sour cream to Mix n Blend II mixing bowl, and beat until perfectly blended and foamy.
  4. Add flour and salt to bowl, and continue beating for 8–10 minutes.
  5. Fold in beaten egg white, and turn at once into hot iron gem pans. Bake for 30–35 minutes.
