Ingredients

  • 1 cup arrowroot powder
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup instant powdered milk
  • 4 cups long-grain brown rice
  • 1/3 cup oat bran cereal
  • 3/4 cup popcorn kernels
  • 1 cup potato starch
  • 4 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 cup tapioca flour
  • 4 tbsp. xanthan gum

Instructions

  1. Add brown rice, white rice, popcorn kernels, and oat bran cereal to Kitchen Mill (not more than 3 cups of ingredients at a time), and grind into flour.
  2. Pour resulting flour and remaining ingredients into large mixing bowl; mix well.
  3. Store in tightly sealed container.
