  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 3 1/2 pieces lemon zest
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 2 cups flat leaf parsley
  • 1/2 cup toasted walnuts
