Southwest Guacamole Recipe

Perfect as a dip or garnish for tacos and burritos, this guacamole is also good enough to eat with a spoon!

Ingredients
- 2 small avocados peeled, pitted & divided
- 1/4 red pepper seeded & roughly chopped
- 1/4 small onion roughly chopped
- 1 clove garlic halved
- 1 tbsp. hot sauce
- 1/3 cup cilantro
- 3/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack or cheddar cheese
- 2 scallions trimmed and halved
- 1(15 oz.) can unsweetened corn

Instructions
- Add all ingredients except 1 avocado to a WildSide+ jar and secure lid. Press "Pulse" 4 times.
- Add remaining avocado and secure lid. Press "Pulse" 3-4 more times or until desired texture is reached.
Notes
- To add more heat, add jalapeño pepper
- For a dip higher in protein, fold in 1 cup cooked black beans
