Fall is upon us, and with it comes the promise of cozy nights, campfires, and of course, the unbeatable flavor of s'mores. Here at Blendtec, we found a way to elevate your s'mores experience. Introducing the S'mores Cocktail, a concoction that combines the nostalgic flavors of our favorite campfire treat with the smooth allure of a grown-up drink.
S'mores Cocktail Recipe
- 1.5 oz. Chocolate liqueur
- 1.5 oz. vodka, preferably marshmallow vodka
- 1 oz. Cream or half & half
- 1 tbsp. Chocolate syrup
- 1 tbsp. Graham cracker crumbs (plus a little extra for rimming)
- Ice cubes
- Whipped cream (for garnish)
- Toasted marshmallow (for garnish)
- Chocolate shavings (optional for garnish)
- Prepare Your Glass
Dip the rim of your glass in a bit of chocolate syrup and then into the graham cracker crumbs. This not only gives it a s'mores touch but also an added texture with every sip.
Add the chocolate liqueur, marshmallow vodka, cream, chocolate syrup, graham cracker crumbs, and ice cubes into your FourSide or WildSide+ jar and secure lid. Select "Ice Crush" or blend on a Medium speed for 30-40 seconds.
- Pour & Garnish
Pour your blended s'mores cocktail into the prepared glass. Top with a generous dollop of whipped cream, followed by a toasted marshmallow and a sprinkle of chocolate shavings if you’re feeling extra indulgent.
Pro Tips for the Ultimate S'mores Cocktail Experience
For a non-alcoholic version, replace the chocolate liqueur with chocolate milk and skip the marshmallow vodka. Add a dash of vanilla extract for added depth.
Extra Chill Factor
Love your cocktails cold? Freeze your glass for about 15 minutes before preparing the drink for an extra chilled experience.
If you're in the mood for a warm drink on a chilly day, run on "Hot" or "Soup" or "90" cycle twice or blend on a High speed for 180 seconds.
Next time you're hankering for a taste of the great outdoors without stepping outside, or if you’re simply looking for a delectable treat to wow your guests, remember this S'mores Cocktail. It’s campfire magic, right in your glass.
