Ingredients
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 cups bran
- 1 1/4 cups bread flour
- 2 tbsp. canola oil
- 1 1/4 cups cornstarch
- 1 large egg
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 2 1/4 cups milk
- 3 cups whole wheat flour

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Add bran, whole wheat flour, bread flour, cornstarch, salt, baking soda, and baking powder to Mix n Blend II blender jar. Secure lid and press "Pulse" 3–5 times to sift ingredients.
- Add egg, corn syrup, and milk. Secure lid and select "Batter."
- Grease two medium-sized bread pans with oil, and pour ½ of batter into each pan.
- Let stand for 20 minutes, and then bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
Add 1 cup chopped nuts with the flour. For muffins, pour batter into greased muffin pans and bake for 25 minutes.
