  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup hemp granola
  • 1 banana
  • 1 scoop protein powder soy, rice, hemp or whey (approx. 2 tbsp.)
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to FourSide jar in order listed and secure lid. Select "Ice Crush" or blend on a Medium to Medium Low speed for 30-40 seconds and serve.
