Mom's Mashed Potatoes Recipe

Blendtec mom's mashed potatoes recipe
These mashed potatoes are rich in flavor but easy to prepare.

Ingredients

  • 8 potatoes peeled, cubed, boiled, and drained
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika

  • Serving Size: ¾ cup
  • Fat: 16g
  • Saturated Fat: 10g
  • Cholesterol: 44mg
  • Sodium: 114mg
  • Carbohydrates: 0g
  • Fiber: 4g
  • Sugar: 2g
  • Protein: 5g

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Add potatoes to Mix n Blend II mixing bowl and mix. Add sour cream, cream cheese, and garlic salt; mix well.
  3. Pour into 2-quart casserole dish.
  4. Dot with butter, and sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 20 minutes.

    You could, you’d probably need to decrease the ingredients as well, though, since the WildSide jar isn’t as big as the mixing bowl on the mixer.

    Could you try this with a wideside jar? I’m guessing they would be more whipped but it would still do the trick?
