Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. chicken bouillon
  • 1/4 cup chopped green peppers
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked cracked wheat
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp. grated onion
  • 1/4 cup instant powdered milk
  • 1 1/4 cups low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Add eggs to Mix n Blend II mixing bowl; mix until eggs are well beaten.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
  4. Pour into greased muffin tins, filling ¾ full. Bake for 20–30 minutes.

Notes

Substitute cottage cheese with cheddar cheese and/or top with white sauce.
