I own an Italian restaurant in Glen Waverley called Fedele’s and I have tried this dish for my customers and now it is a hit in my menu. Everyone loves the intensity and texture of the dish with its authenticity. Thank You for sharing this with all of us.

This Breville toaster oven is awesome – great for college apartment – http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0… They couldn’t afford a toaster so after researching all the options on toaster ovens I picked the Breville BOV800XL.
It says it travels well, so I take it the avocado will not brown?
