Substitute 1⅓ cup of flour in place of the wheat berries.

Wheat berries are what you grind up to make flour. You can substitute 1 1/3 cup of flour in place of the wheat berries.

Please say why the CHOLESTEROL is so high on this recipe? Could this be a Mistake?

  • Fanner 50

Under Nutritional Information I believe the CHOLESTEROL count of 920mg
Must be a Mistake. If not a mistake then this recipe should come stamped
with "WARNING these Pancakes could be Hazardous to your Health!!!"across the top of the page.
