  • 1/2 cup dried white beans
  • 1 cup long-grain brown rice
  • 1 cup tapioca pearls

Instructions

  1. Add brown rice, white beans, and tapioca pearls to Kitchen Mill, and grind into flour.
  2. Transfer flour to bowl, add cornstarch, and mix well.
  3. Use immediately or store in zip-top bag in refrigerator or freezer.

    Use brown rice. We’ve made that change on the recipe.

    anything that can be used in place of the corn starch? can this be used 1 for 1 for all purpose flour? do you need to change the liquid or leavening ingredients in recipes for this?
