Garlic Aioli - Blendtec

Blendtec garlic aioli
Serve this garlic aioli as a dip, spread, or sauce - you can even slather it on chicken before baking.

  • 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 3/4 tsp. dried dill
  • 1/4 tsp. kosher or sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper

  1. Add ingredients to Twister jar, and place Twister lid on jar.
  2. Blend on a Low speed for 20 seconds; twist lid counterclockwise while blending.

Note: If making this recipe in the FourSide jar, double the ingredients. If making this recipe in the WildSide+ jar, triple the ingredients.

    If using the FourSide jar, try doubling the recipe. If using the WildSide jar, try tripling the recipe.

    Just stop the blender, scrape the sides with a spatula and mix again. You know, the old fashioned way :)
