Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup agave nectar
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
  • 1 cup oat bran
  • 1/2 cup wheat germ
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 cups dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Add milk, agave nectar, molasses, oil, and eggs to FourSide or WildSide+ jar. Secure lid and select "Batter."
  3. Add flour, oat bran, wheat germ, baking powder, and cinnamon to jar. Secure lid and press "Pulse" 4–6 times or until dry ingredients are incorporated; do not overblend.
  4. Add cranberries to jar, and incorporate with spoon or spatula. Allow batter to sit a few minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, grease muffin tin or line muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  6. Pour batter into muffin tin, and bake for approximately 20 minutes.
