Ingredients
- 1/3 cup applesauce
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. chicken bouillon
- 1 tbsp. dried parsley
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 2 tbsp. instant powdered milk
- 0.66 cup popcorn kernels
- 3/4 cup wheat berries
- 1 cup yogurt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Add wheat berries and popcorn kernels to Kitchen Mill, and grind into flour.
- Add flours and remaining ingredients to WildSide+ jar in order listed. Secure lid and select "Batter."
- Coat muffin tins with cooking spray, and fill each cup full with batter. Bake 20–25 for minutes.
- Best served hot with honey or jam.
