Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup applesauce
  • 1 tbsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. chicken bouillon
  • 1 tbsp. dried parsley
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 2 tbsp. instant powdered milk
  • 0.66 cup popcorn kernels
  • 3/4 cup wheat berries
  • 1 cup yogurt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Add wheat berries and popcorn kernels to Kitchen Mill, and grind into flour.
  3. Add flours and remaining ingredients to WildSide+ jar in order listed. Secure lid and select "Batter."
  4. Coat muffin tins with cooking spray, and fill each cup full with batter. Bake 20–25 for minutes.
  5. Best served hot with honey or jam.
