Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tsp. tamarind paste
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tsp. fresh ginger peeled

Instructions
- Add water, sweet chili sauce, ginger, and tamarind paste to FourSide jar in order listed. Secure lid and press "Pulse" 4–6 times.
- Add cilantro leaves to jar and secure lid. Pulse 3–5 times or until cilantro leaves are roughly chopped.
Made this tonight with a quick swap of lime juice and brown sugar for the tamarind as i did not have that on hand. Dipped some pork ginger meatballs into this and it was amazing. Adding to the arsenal of dipping sauces.
