This is awesome! It is now December and I’ve made these bars every week since I first received the e-mailed recipe in August. We live in Alaska, so I use wild blueberries and homemade crab applesauce. During the week, my husband and I take them to work to enjoy with our morning coffee. On the weekends, they are part of our breakfast. We both just love them. We can’t thank you enough for this recipe.
We made them with a little stevia instead of the brown sugar. They tasted awesome and were sweet enough!!!
I just ground oats up and used that as a replacement for the whole wheat flour. They were so good and my husband couldn’t stop eating them.
Hi, Donna! For a "batter cycle," run your blender at mid-speed for 20 seconds.
My blendtec does not have settings, so how do I know how long "Batter" setting is?
