Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 1 dash ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. instant powdered milk
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 3 tbsp. white bean flour or whole wheat flour

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to Mix n Blend II blender jar. Secure lid and select "Sauce."
  2. Remove vented lid insert, and blend at Speed 1 for 1 cycle.
  3. Keep sauce warm until serving.

    The instructions that came with my blender said not to use hot foods — but this recipe calls for boiling water. Did I miss something?
