Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 large ripe avocado peeled and pitted
  • 1 clove garlic quartered

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to FourSide jar (double ingredients if using WildSide+ jar) in order listed and secure lid.
  2. Select "Sauces" or blend on Medium Low (speed 3 or 4) for 30 seconds.

Notes

Avocado Wasabi Sauce:

For Avocado Wasabi Sauce, follow directions above and add ½ teaspoon wasabi powder to jar before blending.

    This should be good for about 3 days in the fridge.

    Don’t know if this would help here but a trick with avocados to keep them from discoloring is to leave the pit in the mix – guacamole for example. Might be useful to keep this one fresh a little longer too.

    This recipe seems unsuitable for the size of the WildSide jar. The ingredients did not blend as they were left outside the blades coverage and remained stuck to the walls of the jar. Any suggestions?
