Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond pulp
  • 1/4 cup cooked garbanzo beans
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. tahini
  • 1 clove garlic quartered
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to Twister jar in order listed and place Twister lid on jar.
  2. Hold Twister lid and with other hand press speed up to "Speed 1".
  3. Turn Twister lid counterclockwise during blending. Stop at 20 seconds.

Note: Yields 1½ cups.

    Thank you…that was my sneaking suspicion :-) So is the almond pulp a byproduct of making almond milk by straining after blending (ref: Almond Milk recipe)?
