    • Once I get the almond pulp…how do i store it and dry it? Mine always gets hard and clumpy in my oven as i’m slow drying it
…and goes rancid in a heartbeat….so i end up throwing it out…crying as i do it!

    • The Twister jar is not necessary for making hummus, but it does work better. You can make any of our hummus recipes in one of our other jars. If the hummus recipe calls for the Twister jar, you will most likely need to double the recipe with one of the other jars, and may need to stop and scrape the sides.

    • This may sound like a stupid question, but how do I actually read the recipe reviews?

      Roberto Bullock on

    • I just paid retail for a blendtec 570 with four-side jar for $300. It irks me that I now need to purchase an $80 twister jar for many of these recipes. The in-store demonstrator said you don’t need a tamper like Vitamix, however you say below you will need to "stop and scrape the sides." What a racket. At least Ninja includes all the jars you could possibly need.

    • Thank you…that was my sneaking suspicion :-) So is the almond pulp a byproduct of making almond milk by straining after blending (ref: Almond Milk recipe)?
