Roasted Chili & Lime Hummus [Recipe of the Week]

Roasted Green Chili & Lime Hummus

The big game is coming up which means lots of yummy appetizers and snacks! We may be a little biased but we think you should try this delicious twist on hummus. Roasted poblano, and Anaheim and jalapeño peppers give it a kick that is balanced nicely with the lime juice.

Serve this with fresh veggies, oven-baked spiced tortilla chips or pita chips. What else would you serve it with? Share your ideas with us (and others) on the recipe page.

Roasted Green Chili & Lime Hummus


¼ cup olive oil
3½ tbsp fresh lime juice
1 poblano pepper, roasted, peeled and stem removed
1 Anaheim pepper, roasted, peeled and stem removed
1 jalapeño pepper, roasted, seeded and stem removed
1½ cups cooked garbanzo beans
1 clove garlic, roughly chopped
½ tsp kosher or sea salt
½ tsp ground cumin


Add ingredients in order listed to FourSide or WildSide+ jar and secure lid. Select "Sauces" or blend on a medium to medium low speed for 30 seconds.
