I'm a fan of jello, but I'm also an impatient person. And, unfortunately, the two don't go well together. But since discovering the joy of "Blender Jello" I can now have my jello and eat it too....FAST! This quick and easy way to make jello is a life saver when you don't have hours to wait for it to set up. It makes the jello more like a mousse and I love it that way! Hopefully you will too!

Quick & Easy Blender Jello

  • ⅔ c. boiling water
  • 1 (3 oz) package Jell-o
  • 8 to 10 ice cubes
  • 1 (8 oz) container of Cool-whip

Put jello and boiling water into your blender. Put the lid on and blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until jello is completely dissolved.

Add ice cubes one at a time, blending after each addition.

Add ½ of the container of Cool Whip (yogurt would make a good substitution) and blend until combined.

Pour into desired serving dish(es). Cool in refrigerator for 10 -15 minutes.

Layer with Cool Whip, and fruit, if desired. I layered mango and strawberry pudding and it was fantastic!

Wow, This is the quickest, most delicious Jell-O dessert ever! I have boxes of Jell-O sitting in the cupboard waiting for a quick and easy recipe instead of the old fashioned time consuming way. We all love Jell-O, now we can have it more often. I just ordered a refurbished Blendtec. We have found so many great drink and meal ideas on this site. (Even a couple of recipes to make our puppy happy!) Thank you so much!
