Eggnog Mocha Frappe
Save some money and make your own holiday-ified frozen coffee at home! This eggnog mocha frappe is a great (and easy) twist on the traditional frozen coffee drink.
2 cups double-strength coffee, frozen into ice cubes
2¼ cups eggnog
¼ cup agave nectar
¼ cup chocolate syrup
Pour 2 cups of chilled, strong brewed coffee into an ice cube tray and freeze for 2-3 hours or until solid. Add eggnog, agave nectar, chocolate syrup, and coffee ice cubes to WildSide+ jar and secure lid. Select "Ice Cream" or blend on Low (speed 1 or 2) for 15 seconds, then blend on Medium High (speed 6 or 7) for 30 seconds.
For an extra special treat, serve with a dollop of whipped cream (see our recipe here) and chocolate shavings.
