Did you know you can juice with your Blendtec blender? Juicing in a blender is the best way to juice because you don't lose any of the nutrients; it's called whole juicing. Juice is great if you are sick and want a meal replacement so you're still getting nutrients you need.
This simple juice is especially great when you are sick because it's packed with vitamin C and beta carotene. Try this sweet juice first thing in the morning to give your day a boost. Citrus Sunrise Juice
½ cup water
2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
1 carrot, trimmed, peeled & halved
½ beet, trimmed and halved
½ cup ice cubes
- Carefully use a paring knife to peel a few pieces of zest from the orange. Peel and halve the orange.
- Add the ingredients in order listed, including the zest, to WildSide+ jar and secure lid.
- Select "Whole Juice" or blend on a Medium High speed for 50-60 seconds. Serve over ice.
