  • 1 tsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey (or sweetener of choice, to taste)
  • 6 whole strawberries
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Berry Cinnamon Smoothie

The Berry Cinnamon Smoothie is a blend of sweet and tart flavors, enhanced with a hint of warm cinnamon. Packed with fiber and protein from the rolled oats and hemp seeds, this smoothie is sure to keep your kiddos full and focused.


  • 1 medium-sized pear
  • 1 cup mixed berries (frozen)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp. rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp. hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 Medjool date (2 for a sweeter version)
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds (optional)

Berry Cheesecake Smoothie

This creamy concoction perfectly mimics a slice of cheesecake, without the added sugars. With the high fiber content from Fiber One cereal and the protein from Greek yogurt, this smoothie is a wholesome, guilt-free treat.


  • 1¼ cups almond milk
  • 1 cup vanilla greek yogurt

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 banana (frozen)
  • 1 tbsp. peanut butter
  • 3 strawberries
  • 1 tbsp. strawberry preserves

  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 eggs
