Avocado Chocolate Mousse

One of my secret missions in life is to get people to realize that eating healthy can be delicious! It’s so much fun “hiding” healthy ingredients in desserts. I love it when people come up to me and say, “This is delicious! How did you make it?” and seeing the shock on their faces when I reply, “I added avocado.”

This recipe is one of these delicious hidden healthy ingredient recipes. I took it to a potluck and it got gobbled up in no time. This mousse is lactose free, has only four ingredients, including chocolate AND avocado. Can it get any better? I don’t think so.

Will this work in a regular blender?

    Hi Debbie,
It should work in the FourSide or WildSide+ jar. You will need to double the recipe and stop during blending to scrape the sides.

    Hi Suzy,
You will probably need to double the recipe to make it in the WildSide+ jar, and you will need to stop blending at least once to scrape the sides.

Will this work in the Wild side jar?
