It's the middle of summer, and things are really starting to heat up. Here at Blendtec, one of our favorite ways to cool down, is with a refreshing smoothie. So we decided to gather some of our favorite Blendtec smoothie recipes and share them with you. Some you've probably tried before, others might be new; give one, or all nine a try.

9 Sublime Summer Smoothies

Wake up with this sun-colored smoothie.
Ingredients 
1½ c orange juice
1 banana
2 tbsp wheat germ
1 c frozen mango chunks
1 c frozen pineapple chunks
Instructions

This deep purple colored smoothie is sure to keep you refreshed on a hot summer day.
Ingredients
¾ c pomegranate juice
½ c low-fat vanilla yogurt
¾ c frozen blueberries
½ c ice cubes
3.5 oz frozen pouch açaí purée
