I love smoothies! They’re so refreshing, and the flavor possibilities are endless. Smoothies are super quick and easy to make—in fact, in a Blendtec blender you can blend them in 40 seconds. That’s right, 40 seconds. Here are some quick tips to help you make delicious smoothies.

How to make a fruit smoothie

  1. Liquid (such as milk, water, or fruit juice)
  2. Fresh or frozen fruits
  3. Ice (You won’t need much ice if you use frozen fruit rather than fresh fruit.)

Add all ingredients in order listed to FourSide or WildSide jar. Secure lid and press “Smoothie.” Enjoy!

How to make a green smoothie

  1. Liquid (such as milk, water, or fruit juice)
  2. Fresh or frozen fruits
  3. Ice (if you’re using frozen fruits, you may not need as much ice)
  4. Greens (such as spinach, collard greens, kale, etc.)
