Whole Wheat Spinach Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 3 cups spinach loosely packed
- 1 tbsp. water
- 1 1/2 cups white whole wheat flour

Instructions
- Add egg, water and spinach to Twister jar, and place Twister lid on jar. Hold lid with one hand, and with other hand press "Pulse" 6–8 times or until spinach is pureed.
- Add flour and replace lid. Hold lid with one hand, and with other hand pulse 10–14 times to incorporate flour. Turn Twister lid counterclockwise during blending.
- Dump dough on work surface, and form dough ball. Roll out dough, cut to desired noodle size with pizza cutter or knife, and let dry for 20 minutes.
- Boil in salted water for 6-8 minutes or until tender.
Can the pasta be frozen after it is dry?

As far as the recipes go, we are working on updating all instructions for at least both the FourSide and WildSide+ jars. Everything you can do in one, you can do in the other. Sometimes the recipe needs to be decreased/increased but for the most part, recipes that call for the FourSide or WildSide+ jar can be done in either.
I’m with you .. I recently purchased a Blendtec and I guess I have the 4 sides jar. .. I come here and evrything is "in your wildside jar" or "in your twister jar" .. great .. I spend $400 on a blender and still don’t have what I need? Sent in a question / comment here about potentially swapping it out, but I got no response. That’s a little disappointing.
