Ingredients
- 1/2 medium carrot
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar or sweetener of choice (to taste)
- 1 cups olive oil
- 2 tbsp. white sesame seeds
- 1/2 white onion
- 7 tbsp. rice vinegar

Instructions
- Add all ingredients except olive oil to WildSide+ or FourSide jar and secure lid.
- Blend on “Dressings/Batters/Dips/Sauces” cycle or blend on a Medium to Medium-Low speed for 30 seconds.
- Start running it on a Low speed and near the opening of the plastic lid insert, add oil in a slow, steady stream until emulsified (approximately 20 seconds). Stop the blending as the emulsification process has met its threshold.

I eat so much fat and little carbs and no sugar . My triglycerides are 35 , my HDL is 100 and I am slim and trim. That was not the case when I was on the terrible low fat diet .
Again just watch a movie from the 60ies and you will see the difference in people’s appearance ! It is stunning.
