I would recommend "THE BODY RESET DIET" By HARLEY PASTERNAK / LAURA MOSER
The book is literally how to reset through smoothie, not juicing, meal replacements.
It has all the smoothies, ingredients and measurements.
I have zero to do with it. I just use it, which is why I bought a Blendtec.
Any jar will work for smoothies. If we had to choose, we’d recommend the WildSide+ jar. :)
Yes, "C" is "cup" :)
Hi, we don´t have the same measurement system – I guess C stands for cup?
Under "Nutritional Information" it says the number of servings as well as the serving size. This recipe has 5 servings of 9 fl oz.
