I’m not much on artificial sweeteners. Would this work without the Stevia????
Yes, blend all other ingredients first and then pulse in the ice to desired consistency :)
Can i use frozen strawberries for this?
Absolutely! You can either omit the stevia or use a different sweetener (honey, agave, dates, etc.). Every one has different taste buds and dietary preferences so do what is best for you :) Happy blending!
just got my 475. How do you get the thick consistency of a smoothie. My wife wants it so a straw stands up. If I use frozen fruit I should eliminate ice. If I defrost frozen fruit over night, do vou then add ice? One last thing, the recipes are based on one serving? Do I just double to get two servings?
