- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 banana
- 2 carrots halved
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 tomato
- 1 tbsp. agave nectar (or your choice of sweetener, to taste)

Instructions
- Add ingredients to FourSide or WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid.
- Select "Whole Juice" or blend on a Medium-High speed for 50-60 seconds.

Its suppose to be an added sweetener. I use to use it, but quickly figured out its not needed. Fruit is such a natural sweetener, nothing else is needed. Might as well cut it out and save some calories.
Because it’s almost the exact same composition as table sugar and HFCS, but it’s not either of those so people think it’s healthy. Same with honey, "coconut sugar", and everything else that’s half fructose half glucose. Just use table sugar. It’s cheaper, just as sweet and just as bad for you. Or leave it all out and don’t get diabetes.
They squeeze the juice out and heat it up to remove the water content like the same process as sugar cane and maple one process. It’s low gi I use that and honey. Stivia has to be processed more because it’s a small leafy plant. Has to be juiced dried stabilized so it remains in that form.but right on about honey. I love my small bee farm.
