Love that it is compact. And it does a nice job.
I've had mine for nearly three years now. I love how small and light it is compared to other machines. I do not like huge awkward machines, and I store mine in the pantry. The motor is tough. I mix bread dough a few times per week. It does a good job. The whisk attachments are not very strong. I have broken them all. The company is really fantastic about replacing parts. Very quick and kind about it. The blender is fine, but I wish it had as much power as the stand alone blenders. It's a bit wimpier than the nicer blenders, but does the job and makes soft snow if you are patient and learn the right tricks. The tough motor and light weight compactness of it are what make me the happiest.

LOVE!!
This is my second Bledtec machine. I owned the first one they ever made (K-Tec) and have used it on a commercial level for 25 years, baking professional wedding cakes locally. I finally decided that I deserved an updated machine and sent the old one to college with my daughter. It is one tough machine. It is less expensive than the Bosch I purchased a few years ago and the Blender outwhips all other blenders, including the Bosch! It will turn ice into snow in just a few seconds! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this machine!

Best Mixer Ever
We have had one from the time it was called the CHAMP. We now have a newer Mix and Blend and still LOVE it. Its nice to get a new machine and hand down the old one to one of my children.....LOL

Good bye old friend
Bought the original Champ about twenty years ago. Loved it . So ahead of its time. Finally wore out all its attachments and bought a Kitchenaid stand mixer this year. I really miss the Champ for its versatility. It could mix bread perfectly, cookie dough, mashed potatoes. Even used the pasta attachments. And it was the best blender at the time.

We used one of these for many years. Bought it before it was a Blendtec. Made lots of bread with it. I switched to a Bosch because the Bosch had a larger capacity. But I bought one of these for each daughter.

Works like a charm
I got this as a gift about 6 years ago and it soon became my only blender. It makes well blended smoothies and will finely chop just about anything. The mixer still works too.

Not what I thought it was going to be
I bought this thinking it would work like my BLENDTEC that could grind up anything. This thing is powerless and noisy.

Is there a cover for where the blender goes when I am using the mixer I am afraid my kids will stick their finger in the spinning hole of where the blender goes.
I’ve had mine for years, and I remember one of my kids doing just that! Made for a sore finger for a day or two, but nobody did it again!

How to get dough from the bowl when dough sticks to paddles
Hi, place some oil on your hands you will be able to get the dough out without sticking to your hands.

Does it grind wheat? or have dry grinder?
Yes! All Blendtec blender models can to this. You can add 1-2 cups of wheat berries or other grains into your FourSide jar (or 2-3 cups in your WildSide+ jar). By grinding, your jar will permanently become cloudy. This is just cosmetic and will not harm or hamper your food; however, please note cosmetic alternations are not covered under your jar warranty. We suggest buying a separate jar for grains.
