Fantastic Product!
Everything about this product is so superbly designed and constructed. Jar: The perfect size for single-serve blends, but with a little extra capacity if and when you need it. The jar’s smaller size makes it very easy to remove contents, to handle, and to clean. Lid: The lid, vent hole, and vent cap are each proportionately smaller; again making them extraordinarily easy to handle and to clean. The lid has flanges which latch onto a plastic lip which runs around the top outside rim of the jar. This design allows the the lid to be securely affixed to the jar, but it also facilitates the easy removal of the lid in that you can use the flanges as little handles to pull the lid off of the top of the jar. The lid also appears to be thicker and more rigid than the full-size lids. A feature I like.
I do not see any negatives or cons in this product. I use this Mini Wildside Jar almost exclusively now, and I absolutely love it. I highly recommend this product!

Great Size
The size of this blender bowl is great. It allows me to make smaller sizes and is easier to clean up. I use it for morning smoothies and the blender does a great job at getting everything that I throw at it. It also fits under the counter now, which is great, so I can have it out all the time.

Fantastic
Thrilled that I purchased the mini. My little blender gave out. Hated to have 2 on counter for my daily shakes. The size is just perfect and I don't have to keep cleaning my large wideside for just a single shake. Love it!!

Min Wildside jar
I really like this mini jar and find i use it more than the large one - especially for smoothies etc.
It took me a while to decide to get it as it is such a lot of money for a plastic container .

Perfect For Single Use
I ordered this size for my sister. It works so well for people who live alone and find themselves making more single server drinks than large batches. Now I am ordering one for myself. I hope they continue to make this size its greatly needed.

Couldn't Be More Perfect
I bought this during a Blendtec promotion before I was able to buy my Blendtec blender. Wow - I'm glad I did! I love, love, LOVE this little jar. It stores easily and is just right for one person. Also important? Because I sometimes have attacks of painful inflammation in my hands and wrist (arthritis) that make handling heavier items painful, this is a great aid and addition to my collection of "arthritis-friendly" kitchen equipment. Good job, Blendtec, and thank you so much for designing the mini-jar and offering it on sale so I can own it. Love it -- and YOU!!

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Is it a steel or rubber gasket in the bottom of WildSide jar (total blender sold in Costco)? I heard there's a new bottom gasket upgrade which prevents the leaking problem.
You cannot purchase the rubber gasket in the bottom of the jar. The jar is sonically welded together and no parts are sold for the jar.

I always use the WildSide to make soup. You can only make a small portion in the mini WildSide.

Do you sell replacement lids for the mini wild side jar? And my second question is if the lid from the regular wild side jar (or four sided jar) will fit the mini?

If I'm looking to make dressings, sauces, nut milks, pesto, (and nut butters if possible!), would you purchase this one? I currently have the wildside+, and need a smaller container for making the above.
The twister jar may be a better option, it comes with a special lid to scrape the sides. This will help with your pesto and nut butters a lot.
