Speedy Wassail Recipe
Forget the long brewing time; enjoy this hot, spicy, nonalcoholic drink anytime it's chilly outside.
Total time: 03 M
- 2 apples peeled and quartered
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/4 orange peeled
- 2 cups warm water
- 2 tbsp. agave nectar (or your choice of sweetener, to taste)
- Serving Size: 6 fl. oz.

- Saturated Fat: 0g
- Cholesterol: 0mg
- Sodium: 1mg
- Carbohydrates: 22g
- Fiber: 3g
- Sugar: 18g
- Protein: 0g
- Add all ingredients to FourSide or WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid.
- Run "Soup" or "Hot" or "90" cycle twice or blending on a High speed for 180 seconds.
I tried this tonight and I think its good. I substituted stevia and honey for the agave and it came out good. I only had fresh cloves and you can taste them clearly. I will try again with just stevia and less fresh cloves to see if it tastes any different.

This has become a favorite of ours for the past three years! No other wassail has the same freshness and natural texture. I think you mean whole cloves, not fresh cloves.
There doesn’t seem to be any alcohol in this recipe. Must be an oversight.
