- 4 cups pineapple chunks
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. lemon zest
- 2 tbsp. shredded coconut
- 1 cup ice cubes

Where would I find sparkling pineapple or citrus juice? It seems I’ve only seen sparkling apple juice, or maybe grape also.

Does the carbonation remain after blending? I’d be tempted to do the recipe with one cup of the liquid reserved for the end so that it is actually sparkling when consumed.
