Anyone ever substitute stevia for the granulated sugar? Results??
Absolutely delicious! I normally don’t have many lemons on hand but I normally have lots of lemon juice. So one tweak I used for one batch was using half a cup of lemon juice and one large orange peeled. It was delicious that way. I also like my drinks not so sour, so we double the sugar. If you add frozen blueberries it makes it more like a slushy, which is fun and refreshing. Another tweak we used was using ginger ale instead of club soda, because the store was out of stock when we went to purchase more. (We’ve made this recipe many times now, so we’ve been able to experiment many times now.) This is the best recipe I’ve tried from Blendtec so far.
Won’t putting the carbonated water through the blend cycle make it flat?
