  • 1c plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 c peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

    Add ingredients to Twister jar, and place Twister lid on jar. Select Speed 2. Run for 5-10 seconds until all ingredients are incorporated, turning lid counterclockwise during blending.

    • I prepared this with homemade full fat Greek yogurt , more satisfying than fat free, it was delicious ! Kept the hunger away longer than with fat- free yogurt !

    • Hi Michelle, you can make this in either the FourSide or WildSide jar if you increase the amount of ingredients (so that there’s enough to blend). You will also probably need to stop and scrape the sides of the jar back down to the blade. Happy blending!
