Peanut Butter Yogurt Dip Recipe
Dip or spread this protein-packed dip on your fruit, crackers, pancakes or toast in the morning.

- 1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- Serving Size: 2 tbsp.
- Fat: 4g
- Saturated Fat: 0g
- Cholesterol: 0mg
- Sodium: 40mg
- Carbohydrates: 5g
- Fiber: 0g
- Sugar: 4g
- Protein: 4g
- Add ingredients to Twister jar, and place Twister lid on jar. Select Speed 2. Run for 5-10 seconds until all ingredients are incorporated, turning lid counterclockwise during blending.
I don’t have the twister jar, can I use the 4 side that came with my blendtec?

How to adjust for Wildside jar?
with apple slices….WOW! I used chunky PB & the texture came through.
I prepared this with homemade full fat Greek yogurt , more satisfying than fat free, it was delicious ! Kept the hunger away longer than with fat- free yogurt !
